This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. This company is the most efficient and well oiled systems I have seen. Having several surgical centers which I was fortunate to have Dr Ford do cataract surgery in Albuquerque, every step of the way was informative and even a viewing room for my spouse or anyone wishing to watch Dr Ford "do his magic" Having surgery in both eyes, the implants we perfectly implanted and went from 20/50 to 20/20 in both eyes. Amazing.
