I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I waited almost an hour before my eye exam. It also took long for me to get my new glasses (almost 3 weeks)! I am also disappointed that when I got my glasses, they didn't even adjust my glasses to fit me right like how they do at Vision World or Pearl Vision. Instead the young lady told me that if i had any problems, for me to come back. I don't want to come back multiple times, whether there is a problem with the adjustment of the glasses, they should still check first so i don't have to come back....I don't think I will be coming here no more. I didn't even receive any information on warrenty or if i could return the glasses if they don't work for me. Overall, the service was bad and the workers were not helpful :C

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The people at the front desk were not very nice and helpful either. It was my first time getting contacts, and during the contact lenses fitting, I received no assistance on how to put one on and received no contact lense storage container or cleaning solution samples. Also, when I went to buy glasses from them, I notice they don't have a wide variety, expecially plastic glasses with no cushion thing near the nose. I was disappointed! But because this is the only place in Morris,MN where you can buy glasses, I decided to get the most decent one I could find. I won't be coming back to this eye care and would not recommend it to friends or others.
