They are amateur hour! What a joke their office people are. I have twice, TWICE, this month visited there to complete appointments via a referral made by my PC physician. I saw them in December and they set me up for a June appointment. I called them well before that appointment to change it as I had travel plans. That was no problem, and they rescheduled me for early July. I show up for that appointment and they kept me waiting well past an hour beyond my scheduled time. Then they inform me that the referral has expired. Many places will still see you in such a circumstance because it is a simple procedure to get the referral renewed. But not this place. So THEY rescheduled me for the end of July. I had no real problem with that, as I get it that sometimes mistakes are made, like what they did by not checking the status of the referral. So I come back today, and guess what? They tell me the referral had expired. NOBODY there had done anything about it. They had lied to me. The gal I was dealing with tried to tell me that she couldn't understand why anyone would have rescheduled me or told me what they had done, I informed her that SHE was the only one I had dealt with then and now. And she left it at that, no apologies, no explanations, no nothing. It's just a joke to them. Obviously they won't lose their jobs for such ineptitude. Obviously customers time is not a consideration of theirs. I will be asking Tricare to investigate them. People should not be subjected to this kind of indifference or incompetence. Now I have to contact my doctor to be referred out again. I just wonder if the doctor sees these reviews? I should spread the word everywhere about my experience there. This just isn't right!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
