he answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but he didn't tell me he could not help me with the problem I was sent to him for until after I had other things done first. I felt like a ping pong ball knocked back and forth and getting not much done to help my vision.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
