Our doctors also specialize in general ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastics and pediatric ophthalmology. We provide the latest technology in cataract surgery including specialty multi-focal lenses and toric lenses allowing patients to see without glasses. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wasn't seen for an hour and twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment without so much as an acknowledgement of that fact. I went to his office because the center 1/3 of the eyelashes on both of my upper lids have fallen out in the past 2 months. He told me that it didn't look that bad and he had no idea why this occurred. He made no effort to come to any diagnosis, made no effort to seek a cause of the problem and suggested I buy false eyelashes. He then said I would "enjoy" seeking a second opinion. He then suggested we "take a break" and I should come back in 6 months.
