I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
