We have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Lugo and her staff. She always takes her time with my daughter and answers all of our questions. We might have to wait sometimes for our appt., but we know it is because she takes her time with all her patients. Everytime I call with a question for her nurse, she gets back to me and is always so friendly. She has helped my daughter so much. When we first visited her, we were seeking answers for my daughter's illness. We had been back and forth to doctors/hospitals all summer with no real answers. Dr. Lugo immediately began treatment with prednisone and ordered more specific tests. My daughter immediately began to feel better and throughout the last year, Dr. Lugo has been on top of her treatment. Often her nurse will call us back after a visit to change our bloodwork orders because Dr. Lugo has thought of something else she wants to check. This lets me know she continues thinking about her patients even after they leave the office.

It didn't seem like the advice they were giving me was genuine and unbiased. It seemed like they just cared about making as much money off me as possible. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.
