It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
