Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting room chairs in their reception area were so comfy, that I could have fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment to start. It made a great first impression and introduction to my wonderful experience.
