This doctor, Dr Hewlitt was unprofessional as discussing my daughter's medical condition with her school district without written permission. He was flirting with two young women in the exam room next door. He insulted my daughter who has special needs as her mentality is 9 years old even though she is 18 in chronological wise. He refused to sign necessary forms she needed for her to continue studies for a diploma either at home or at school with limitations even though it would have been just three days after surgery that was required to relieve the pain of the nerves that were impinged by the three pins and the plate that was used to lengthen her toe shorten by a birth defect since she has Albright's Osteodystrophy Syndrome which takes the toll on her bones.
