I went to see Dr. Haas on Jan. 11, 2012. He was able to see me, suggested I get my x-rays and he would see me again that same afternoon. When I came back with the x-rays, he said we could try some shoe inserts. He did the molds and took my money, over $300. It is March 17 and I still have not received the shoe inserts. I have called three times about a week apart and have been told that they should be there in a few days. I am still in pain and have given up on Dr. Haas being the one to help me with this. I will be trying alternate treatments and try to find a doctor that is interested in helping me get out of pain.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
