After visiting Dr. Anderson for more than 6 months with no improvement in my condition, I sought a second opinion and experinced dramatic improvement with a simple treatment. My complaints regording Dr. Anderson go beyond her inability to properly treat my foot problem, everytime I went to see her with an appointment, she keep me waiting a minimun of 30 minutes past my appointment time and usually it was significantly longer than 30 minutes. Now, 5 months after my last visit to Dr. Anderson, I recieved a bill for Office visits dating back 11 months, this is indicative of the lack of professinalism and poor treatment patients recieve from Dr. Anderson and her staff.

Dr. Anderson diagnosed my foot problem in the middle of my foot. However, she didn’t recommend me for surgery and didn’t even place a cortisone shot correctly in the middle of my foot where there was a nerve impingement. For 2 ½ months I tried to tell her that I had pain but she refused to do surgery. She withheld from me that she didn’t feel competent to do surgery in the middle of my foot and never recommended to me to find another Podiatrist. As soon as I consulted another Podiatrist, he did surgery immediately. By the time I had surgery, I could hardly walk.
