Doctor Markham was very nice he answered all my questions. The problem was when I received the bill. There was a $200 new patient fee!!! My insurance company paid everything but that. When I called my insurance company they said they have never seen a fee like that before. Then have seen a visit fee but never more then $50. When I called the doctor office they told me " the charge in for tying the info in". I said I have never heard that before. I was hung up on by Tammy . I remember Tammy when i was in the office she was very rude to other patients on the phone with billing questions. Then Cindy that made the appointments she was not very kind either. I will say the women that took my X rays was very pleasant. I would not recommend this office. I will be finding a new doctor
