Dr . Silva is that rare professional who combines up-to-the-moment informed expertise with an incredible balance of compassion , and assertiveness needed to manage the most challenging of patients . Beyond the usual practice , and treatment I have been fortunate enough to have been under her considerable care through two very successful surgeries . Her dedication above and beyond expected boundaries was instrumental in my healing , and recovery . I can honestly say that without the treatment I received from both her , and her staff I would not be walking around today both figuratively , and literally .
