Had full hip replacement surgery Dec.2015, and started P.T. January 2016 at Ave. U Brooklyn location.
My Insurance was immediately accepted unlike other Places I had called, that required my Family pay 'up front' after each visit while future Insurance reimbursements were being processed.
Many positives starting with the Staff. I alternated over a ten week span between two very caring & qualified professionals who enabled me to 'throw away my cane' and walk like a regular person again.
Also a major plus was the ample parking both immediately outside and on the adjacent side street.
15 years ago I had stopped going to P.T. at a competitor located on 4th Ave. in Bayridge because alternative street parking rules made parking a daily nightmare ! Many times I was forced to park many blocks away and start the long walk. Plus once I received a ticket because the Therapist was late and my time on the Meter had expired. Ouch !
