Her office was well organized and clean. I could tell she took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The office staff is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. I usually have to call and schedule an appointment. Every time I call and leave a message, they always get back to me within a couple of days. It's nice not having to wait. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust her.
