Dr. Michael Kaplan is a genius at diagnosis. I went to other pain management doctors without a correct diagnosis; Dr. Kaplan really LISTENED to me and thoughtfully diagnosed me correctly. Now I am receiving the correct treatment and I can manage my illness. Dr. Kaplan is the most people oriented doctor I have ever visited--and I've seen plenty. He supports you, takes you side and wants to get his patients whole lives to be the healthiest possible. He is a genius at medications. He is warm but professional. The only problem is that the office staff tends to be too disorganized. Yet it is worth a patient's time to put up with that because Dr. Kaplan is that good.

I went to Dr. Kaplan for seven years due to a crushed foot injury. He's the best! He picked up where primary care physicians stopped. He kept me pain-free for seven years with monthly visits. He not only addressed my pain, he maintained my entire system. Even though he specialized in pain management, he did everything else as well. He was the only doctor I needed. Man, I miss you Doc! I hope you are doing well. I will never be able to thank you enough for your friendship, efforts and success with me. God bless you doctor. If and when I move back, your's will be the first door I knock on.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They explained my treatment's risks and benefits in detail and made sure I understood everything. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I was well informed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't have any trouble getting an appointment with them. They were willing to work with my schedule, and made sure they got me in right away.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I had to wait for a little while.

No. It took me several times to get through.
