They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
I am sorry this clinic closed down because now I have to drive along way to have therapy. She was great and I miss having her as my therapist. I was lucky to get her to work with me!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
