We saw this doctor for my daughter's ongoing care. Having never seen her in his life, and after hearing her detailed history, he proclaimed a diagnosis that was improbable at best (I am a physician). My spouse was there and I called to be part of the conversation as I was unable to leave work. When I logically challenged Dr. Rennert on his points, he became angry and was adamant. I heard later that he questioned if I cared about my daughter, since I was not there at the appointment. He said that "I don't do phone consultations". His interactions were a first, and completely inappropriate. I have never treated my own patients this way. Good luck to those who see this doctor in the future - we certainly won't be doing so.
