My son have been seen this doctor for more then 10 years since he 1 years old, because it close to my home.
The Facility is very bad, the staff not friendly at all.
When you have good insurance coverage, they will give you better service and help, otherwise the service are very bad, the front desk totally not friendly at all, specially the head of the front desk.

All they care is the money not the patients.
I’m recently change my insurance company from Aetna to Blueshield with higher deductable and I find out this doctor office is not the good place for my kids to come since the beginning.

If you have insurance with high deductibles, don't come here, they will ask you to pay full in front. The head of the front desk said he concern people not paid him back if he not collected money right away.

Normally, ( I spoke to Blueshield insurance) doctor should bill the insurance first even there are deductable and when the insurance return with the EOB statement to show the amount that patient should responsible, then patient will write a check to the doctor (Normally doctor bill you that amount base on the EOB).

With the same blueshield insurance, I go to other doctors and they do agree to bill the insurance first.
