I'm disappointed that when my child's sick, they usually don't get them in to be seen for at least a week. I don't feel like I can count on them in an emergency. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.
