They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

My child was most recently diagnosed with Eczema only to have a 2nd opinion that the child has been bitten by bed bugs. What idiot would look at a childs skin and diagnose it to be Eczema when Eczema looks NOTHING Like BITES. This doctor has improperly diagnosed my child twice in the past year of 2009. This being said I believe someone should check into the ethical practice. It seems this doctor is not interested in really finding out or engaging in what could be something different than what he is or has treated other children for in the past not seeing that there are other things outside of what he sees or feels is normal. I think he's there just to collect a paycheck and definitely does not have the childs best interest at heart. In fact I shall take this complaint further than this message board.
