I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. A few of the Doctors had no bedside manners and did not listen to me when i told them what was wrong with my child, instead made me feel like i was making it all up and was not in tune with my children and when they were sick. I left there very upset and second guessing myself. After seeking a second opinion my intuitions were right on and the one time my child actually had to be hospitalized for pnemonia because of the misdiagnosis. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I gave them numerous chances to redeem themselves however two very severe misdiagnosis's later i am done! i will be writing them a letter along with the medical board in regards to one doctor in particular! This is unacceptable.
