They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.
