Dr. Perzy is great. She answers my questions and always point me in the right direction! This year she suggested some additional classes at my Gym. One is warm water exercising and another for improving balance. Nurse Karen is wonderful! She is very upbeat and makes the visit more enjoyable!

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
