Too many patients. I have never been seen in less than 90 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. DR Gupta seems genuinely more interested in doing "procedures" than in working to help the patient understand their options and feel comfortable.
I won't even go into him screwing up prescriptions.
I called the office today at 4:30 and was put on hold. At 5:20 I finally realized they just don't care. They closed up and went home with me on hold.
Stay away from this doctor if you value your time. I have fired him, and now have a quality Doctor who cares. What a refreshing change!

Dr. Gupta runs a practice where he has entirely too many patients. He didn't remember who I was from one office visit to the next. I waited in the office for 3 hours for my first appointment. I have had previous neck fusion surgery with a very unusual complication. He didn't seem to have time to listen to me or my concerns...he just wanted to perform a procedure. When I questioned him as to why that procedure would make sense for my case he really couldn't give me a good answer. Very impatient with my questions. He finally told me to look on his website if I had more questions as he was walking out the door.No compassion;way too many patients,etc
