Horrible experience.
Staff was nice but doctor was short and quick to say a lump in my cheek had to be cut out....., she said; 'No big deal, just a few stitches'.. No idea what it is, no other suggestions... I also mentioned ringing in ears and she did not even examine my ears and wanted me to schedule a hearing test...

I went for a second opinion and that ENT could not believe that Dr. Petersen wanted to cut out the lump. He said not to worry, it feels like a benign collagen or calcium accumulation. If it were to grow he'd suggest a MRI, if that shows something worry some a biopsy but never just cutting it out.

Unbelievable! Her bad diagnosis, combined with a short and almost rude visit, really makes me want to let everyone know to not see/trust her.
