I have been a patient for 7 years. I had a sudden loss of hearing in my right ear and lost all hearing. After several years I started getting dizzy and then would get a little hearing back and then it would go away. Dr Kryzer told me I needed to get my TMJ fixed before he could do anything else. After saving and paying $3,000 out of pocket to to get it fixed I went back and he told me he never told me that. Must of been a miscommunication. I told him that I can listen to my iPod or talk on the phone with my right ear off an on and i wanted to know what we could do to get it back all the time. He old me that with my hearing loss it was impossible that I could hear like that. I told him I know what I can hear off and on. He told me it was impossible and I wasnt' so. I asked him if he thought I was making it up and he just shrugged and told me it was impossible. I left i tears. A friend told me about an ENT out of town. I went to see him. He told me it was rare that my hearign was coming back but not impossible. He as put me on a high powered steroid and antibiotic. 1 week after starting the medicine my hearing has been at 65 level compared to the 100-120 level. It's been constant since then. It's not back 100% but it's a constant and slowly getting better.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
