The staff seems disorganized - I have to wait a few days before getting test results, the prescription has been called in to the wrong pharmacy and I had to find it because their office was closed when I went to pick it up, they didn't call in the orders for bloodwork a couple of times so when I went to the lab they didn't have an order for it. Dr. McIlwaine was fine in person (I've only had one appointment). Now, when I have questions, usually it's the staff that calls me back to answer, but one time he called me back. Unfortunately, he seemed anxious to get off of the phone, didn't know my history in his office or even my condition, and, because he didn't know my history or my condition when calling about the test results, explained things to me that didn't need to be explained.
