Warren has as haughty an attitude as you'll find in medicine. He seems to prefer the unprepared, subservient patient, which I am not. I will not return.
They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I felt very involved in my treatment method here. They made me feel like my opinion mattered and carefully listened to all of my input in regards to treatment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
