I love Dr. Sall and his office staff. They go above and beyond standard care. They truly care and are up to date on all the latest treatment techniques. I have been going here a very long time and he has treated my chronic sinus issues, allergies and has done surgery. I believe he is the best in his field.

Our insurance does not cover the condition that my child needs to be treated for without a pre-auth. Dr. Sall's office REFUSED to submit the pre-auth even though when I spoke to our insurance company they said that they would grant the pre-auth within 24 hours because my child is in pain. Even though I explained this to the doctor's office, they still REFUSE to submit the request for coverage to our insurance company!!! This is completely uncalled for and unprofessional! Dr Sall is the ONLY doctor within more than 100 miles that treats this condition and instead of doing what is right, they are causing a child to go untreated and be in pain. I will be reporting them for this malpractice.
