I made the appointment expecting a doctor who was familiar with the structure of the ear and he didn’t seem to have a clue. After one quick peek, he concluded that everything was fine, despite symptoms that had become increasingly severe. He did not suggest that anything further could be done; he did not suggest tests to see what was happening beyond what he could see with his little ear microscope. I’ve heard about wondrous medical options to help people with problems like mine, but he didn’t seem to know any of them or take the time to find out. His only purpose was to get me out of the room as fast as possible. His office is definitely a “mill” environment and not for anyone with a serious problem.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They are so kind and caring, they wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
