They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
