I saw Dr Kressel & staff for over a year during my treatment. I found Dr Kressel to treat me with respect and and a sense of mutual intelligence, more like a colleague. He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. His staff is very friendly, and welcoming, though the young woman at the front desk was not as warm but still professional. All of the medical staff are wonderful and make the whole experience that much better. The Chevy Chase office is easy to locate and walkable from the metro also, as is the one in DC. But I preferred the one in Chevy Chase as the office atmosphere is brighter and a bit nicer, though I used the office downtown sometimes for convenience.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
