I waited an exhausting hour to get taken back then an additional 45 minutes for the doctor .Then I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me and my concerns. A cancer patient knows their bodies and he definately didn't want to listen to me. He did admit he had absolutlely NO experience with my type of cancer. Really? This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I ended up transferring my care to Hillamn @ UPMC.
