Aside from overbooking appointments they are disorganized. Very disorganized. If they don't have an answer to patients' questions they ignore them, hoping they'll go away! My mother stopped going there because of this reason. They are a disservice to Dr. Lam. It is normal to wait at least two hours to be seen BECAUSE, rather than learning a scheduling software, the idiotic receptionists overbook appointments. They are unprofessional and behave in an ethical manner! Kin Y. Lam, MD is a gem! An old-fashioned, no nonsense and highly-trained doctor with an impeccable bedside manner - a rarity these days.
