I had a very positive result with Dr. Dietrich and her staff. I thought everyone was friendly and professional, starting with the check in, then the M.A. and then Dr. Dietrich.
She listened to my concerns, ordered appropriate tests and medications related to my needs and followed up with more visits to assure correct treatments and results.
I felt 100% better and appreciate her care.
I would recommend her to anyone who needed help in her profession

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Every time you interact with them, you get a different answer, regardless of what it is you need. It's very frustrating. Sometimes they are outright rude.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment, and I left without any kind of resolution. After ruling out the main expected diseases, the doctor seemed unwilling to look further within her field, even though I had symptoms she felt were neurological and unexplained. She is also unwilling to get educated about politicized topics. You'd think after "hysterical paralysis" (multiple sclerosis) that neurologists would be more open-minded about these things, but they are not, and Dietrich disappointingly is no exception to the prevailing close-mindedness in the field.
