It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I perceive him as a greedy, uncaring SOB, only interested in getting paid. Though my insurance company had agreed to pay him, a member of his staff, moments before my appointment attempted to extort $250 from me, which I refused to pay. His exam was like a deposition, and never once gave me any helpful solutions to my medical condition. I wouldn't refer anyone to this SOB.
