I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
