The staff is unfriendly, cold and UNRESPONSIVE - voice mailbox full consistently and unable to leave messages or get replies. Dr. does not appreciate patient research or pushback and nurses gruff and lack empathy. They do not go out of their way to help. Adequately competent, but unavailable too much. Caused my family undue stress due to unavailability and unresponsive during emergencies, or urgent requests for help.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Dr Bhatia is a great doctor and has served our family very well. He has even went above and beyond and has told us that he would help us with any paperwork or process we need to get us in-home care for my mother-in-law as my MIL's primary doctor has a general and blanket rule not to fill out paperwork or recommend anyone for any type of elder care. (but her primary doctor is a whole other story !)
