Hard to get a hold of the doctors if you have a questions. Receptionist have no clue every time I called.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, he was among the best I have seen.
Unfortunately when I call with a question or concern, the staff repeatedly said they would call me with an answer "shortly" "this afternoon" or "tomorrow morning" but never called me back. When I would call to follow up (waiting until the day after the promised call) they made me feel like I was being overly demanding.
I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here.
There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait was inordinately long. No one even acknowledged that there was an issue, as if the wait was normal.
