Dr. Rudy is a fine doctor however, his staff his completely rude and unhelpful. I consistently felt I was bothering them when I asked questions and tried to schedule visits. The receptionist is particularly unhelpful and clearly has no idea what she is doing.

Unfortunately, due to Dr. Rudy's staff I will be finding another doctor to care for me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
