They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
