They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

Dr. Phelan is not the OB/GYN that I hoped he would be. I have had to wait OVER AN HOUR for each of my appointments with him. By the time that I get into the examination room, I am feeling stressed and irritated that I have had to wait so long. It is ridiculous. I also find him to be lacking of "bedside" manner. He answers all questions as simply and to the point as possible, with very little explanation or added information. That is grat if you want "yes"/"no" answers, but I am having a baby and want to know that I have an OB/GYN that is emotionally in tune. He is not this kind of Dr. His staff is extemely friendly and he could use some of their interpersonal skills. So disappointed.
