I went into labor, this doctor came into my room reeking of Cigar, he threw his jacket over the chair, checked me, said "this kid isn't goin nowhere! we're going to section" then he grabbed his jacket and left, didn't discuss it with me, nurses told me about the C-section. Very dismissive. Very unprofessional, would never recommend to anyone. Left a horrible impression. and stench at that.

Dr. Starks delivered my first 3 children and I only changed doctors because I moved out of state. I had nothing but a great experience with him and his staff. He always took his time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Also he is a very caring and personable doctor. I don't have anything negative to say about this doctor. I would highly recommend him! I had a great pregnancy and birth experience!
