I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
