Dr. Patricia Mitchell called the doctors office I work for and was so unprofessional. She didn't even ask if I was a clinical employee before she gave me the patients information and she was fussing and using her outside voice stating she needed the patients records. Then after she vented she said put the doctor I work for on the line I explained to her that doctor she was looking for was off today she then said well put somebody on the line that can tell me something I said sure and can you also have the patient sign a release and fax it over her and in the middle of me giving her the fax number she pass the phone to the patients daughter. This doctor may be good at what she does but has a horrible bedside manner and seems to irate to work with.
