I always have experienced respect when I have been in the office but have been surprised by the fact that the staff didn't read my file to know what the doctor wanted when scheduling a follow up appointment. This resulted in a "wasted" appointment time however, I wasn't charged for it. The other surprise was the doctor not "remembering" I was on a prescription that she put me on. I thought they read your file. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time. However, if I have a quick question I have to wait until someone calls me back to get it answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
