Dr. Al Simmonds did a miraculous job removing a mess of fibroids and cysts in the uterus and saved my life when I was 35 years old. He is extremely capable and kind.

They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They answered all of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. I was sort of still confused what to do if the treatment prescribed didn't work, and it didnt. My follow up appointment was cancelled by the office, without explanation and wasnt promptly rescheduled. In their defense, I had had problems with my phone service. I am sticking with it and feel that if I am diligent and persistent I will be provided with competent, knowledgable, professional care.
