Appointment with Elizabeth Viennau. It was a terrible experience. She viciously pressed my right breast. Maybe because she thought I had a lump, you say. No. I just had my mammogram that showed that I was just fine. I complained with the medical manager twice. I would not choose her as my doctor again. I hope that this review was of some help.

I had a terrible experience at Women Obgyn in Annapolis. As someone who relied heavily on reviews to choose a provider, I wanted to write this to discourage future potential patients from wasting their time here. Upon my first visit, I was very happy with the care I received. It was a new patient visit, and the nurse practioner was very nice and patient answering all my questions. I then got pregnant (and was very excited about it), and it turned out not to be a viable pregnancy. Throughout this time (from the time I got the positive pregnancy test, to confirming it with bloodwork at the office, to sending me for ultrasounds at a different facility) I only dealt with nurses on the phone. They didn't have me come in to talk with a professional. While that may have been ok, I was VERY hard to get anyone on the phone. They may tell you that they have a handy patient portal, but it is not answered in a timely manner if at all. When I was sent for initial ultrasounds at other facilities, I was assured by Womens Obgyn that they would call me after the ultrasound while I was still in the waiting room of the radiology facility to discuss results, since the techs are not allowed to tell you anything. Both times I had ultrasounds, noone called me, and worse yet, I couldn't get ahold of anyone at all from the office. I had to call 5 times or so to speak to a nurse. The last, and worst time, I suspected that it was bad news (although the really didn't share much information with me at all, which left me in a big ball of anxiety) - after the ultrasound, when I called (they were supposed to call ME), they said that the doctor who was in was in emergency surgery and that they were closing for the weekend, so they would try to call me before they closed, but if not, would call back Monday. Can you imagine? They deal with pregnant women all day but seem not to have any sort of consideration for the anxiety that THEY cause in the process. And then when I need my records transferred to a new doctor, they ignored the first request, and then upon the second request, informed me that it would be $28 to have the records sent over. This is routine elsewhere. I know it's difficult to find a trustworthy practice. Please save yoursef the headache and keep looking.
